Via has done it again.I Face booked her to let her know how much I enjoyed Don't Judge and imagine my surprise when she told me the book that was supposed to be uploaded had a different ending. She sent me the correct version. AND OMG! THE ENDING IS AMAZING!
If you have received the version with editing issues, contact AE via Facebook or her website, (GOOGLE her she'll pop right up) she'll send you the right book until this issue is resolved.
To the Review: I love this series and have developed a relationship with the characters. The interaction of the main characters with the people we've already met and loved in this series is flawless and dynamic. Austin Michaels is hot. Smoldering, sexy hot...but Judge? Hotter than the sin-stoked fires of hell. There isn't enough ice tea in Georgia to put out the heat these two make. The story line is refreshing and one I hadn't seen before. The sex scenes were used to forward the story and very well written.
And twists and turns abound! Just when I thought my heart was torn out of my chest AE slams the reader with an epic struggle that completely submerses you in the pain and utter devastation the main characters are going through.
The story takes you through the gambit of highs and lows, humor and tears. Well worth your valuable time and hard earned money,.

Sheeew, I feel like a druggie that just got my fix, but now I"m worried about when I'll get the next one lol who I really really really really hope is about Genesis and Curtis!
I'm so obsessed with this series, I'm obsessed with all the guys and Michaels and Judge just added so much more awesome to an already awesome series.
We already knew Michaels quite a bit from Ruxs and Green's book, but seein him as the alpha badass that he was in this one? Wow... beyond hot. I like that he was this big manly man, much like all the men in this series, but he was a bit different for me cuz he had a sensitive side we saw early on... I mean, the other guys, yea they have the soft spot for their partners, for some, it was their only soft spot lol I would NOT wanna square off against Godfrey like...ever...But Michaels had that soft spot from the beginning, bein around all those couples in love and showin it so freely, of course he was gonna be lonely and hope for the same thing. I was glad he was picky though, opting not to hookup with the dude from the gym in the beginning, it made him more likeable to me, I get so tired of reading about these alpha's that hook up with anything with a pulse then get sideswiped by their one guy... Michaels knew the kinda guy he wanted and he didn't waste his time until he found it.... speaking of... lets talk about Judge...
We didn't meet Judge til like the 7th chapter, but OMG when we did, I saw the whole thing play out in my head like a slow, sexy movie lol the big ol' burly guy ( who in my mind was a lot like Rocco Steele but hairier from the begining...lol so I couldn't help but LOL when he was referenced) I saw him, bein this big strong burly man with his giant horse lookin dog... Epitome of sexiness in my honest opinion lol but he was a loner, he was older and already had lost someone he loved due to a dangerous profession so when he started having feelins for Michaels, I figured he'd fight it off for a while at first. I love how it all went down between them, the timeline was perfect, it all flowed so smooth, it was so genuine it seemed like a telling of a real love story... oh how I wish all these hot guys were real and I could at the very least facebook stalk them or something lol
At one point though, when shhht hit the fan, I was heartbroken for both of them, Judge for his loss again and Michaels for his in losing Judge albeit temporary it was still heartbreaking. Goin back to him being sensitive and heartbroken, I know some people don't like the idea of guys crying and it making them look weak and all that, but I thought it was incredibly sweet that when Michaels broke down after that scene with Godfrey, that he just broke down and cried to Day...He's still the poster child for ALL THINGS MAN but he has emotions and he was hurting... There's beauty in that.
Overall though, goin through this emotional ride with them both I was so happy with the way it all turned out... Of course we got our HEA and a little glimpse of all the guys, including how over the moon in love Genesis and Curtis were. I honestly can not wait to read more about them. I loved Michaels and Judge but Green and Ruxs are still my favorites, I have a big feeling though Curtis and Gen will bump them to number two though when I get to read their what I know will be amazing love story...
Once again though, A.E. Via has given us another solid hit. If you haven't read this series, you soooo should and prepare to be amazed and hooked from the first page!
Love it and am so sad I finished it already lol, I tried really hard to read really slow but... it had to end sometime I guess... 5 stars from me!!!
Let me just say, thank you for releasing another book to this series Ms. Via. It thoroughly made my day, week, month…hell-millennium! I actually finished it the day after it was released because I literally could NOT put it down. (Your writing is just that damn good!) This series is an auto-buy for me. I have read the rest of the series at least twice. And will reread this one again as soon as I submit this review.
Well, to be honest, I meant to write it yesterday, but when I sat down to look over my favorite highlighted parts, I couldn’t put the book down again to write this damn review! HAHAHA!!
I remember when I first came across this series on , “Nothing Special”.
The first book in this series. I remember noticing all those reviews, 100+.
And I remember thinking, yeah, right, sure. Because, quite honestly, there have been sometimes when I have read a book with that many review that when I got to the end I would find myself shaking my head and saying, “I don’t get it.”
Another thing that ran through my mind before starting this series was that most cop/detective/military…contemporary, whatever you want to call this type of genre of M/M Romance usually ends up being 80% general content, 15% relationship building and 5% intimate ( wink…wink) factors. Which, to me, leaves me feeling like I’m reading a cop book masquerading as M/M romance…Which is okay, if that’s what you like, more power to you.
But, personally, I need more fire in my romance, and BOY do you deliver Ms. Via.
The steamy entanglements your characters find themselves in are some of the hottest I have read, and I am not saying this lightly. Even Ruxs and Greens’ story, it just left me stunned. I loved it so much that I was shocked. I honestly didn’t expect to like that story, those two were such minor characters in the previous books. But.. yeah, Tantric?
I don’t mind admitting, I had to look that one up. ;)
But…enough of that stuff!
About this book! It is just as awesome as the previous ones in the series. Personally, I love the fact that Austin is a fighter, literally, and that the book practically opens with a boxing ring. Austin is such a hothead. And Judge. How do I describe him? Over the top, but just as awesome. But that’s what I like about your writing Ms. Via, all the charismatic characters and the steamy entanglements they find themselves in. I also appreciate the fact that in this book we still have all the previous characters. Yeah!!! And Day and God are on a roll!
But you KNOW my favorite part has got to be when Judge first walked into the Precinct in answer to God’s call…and Michael s wouldn’t turn around until he started hearing stuff…then Day and his mouth….HAHAHAHAHA!!!
I SSOOOOOO Thank You from the bottom of my heart for that laugh. (sighs..)

So Let me revise this review…
I am not going to harp on the editing issues, there’s enough said about that.
But, here’s a tip for anyone who wants to listen…DO NOT TRUST THE COMPUTER WITH ALL YOUR EDITTING! Behind your back that sneaky thing will change “tilted” to “titled.” It’s a subtle and mostly overlooked change that happens more often than not. And it can happen to anyone. Damn auto- correct!
P.S.S. I will NOT be trading my copy for a newer more “beautified” version. I like it just the way it is thank you very much, hard and gritty…hot and steamy…and very heartfelt. It’s why I did NOT select that option to allow to autocorrect my downloaded books.
